Société du Terroir de Geer (STG) is an agricultural cooperative specialising in potatoes. We’re constantly developing new growing techniques for the benefit of everyone – traders and lovers of this fantastic vegetable alike.

Quality and diversity
Our products
At STG, we grow, store and sell potato varieties that require exceptional soil, meticulous producers and appropriate storage conditions. For our customers, that means a wealth of choice: from versatile, home-frying and red potatoes, through to a wide variety of firm-flesh varieties, plus specialities like Ratte and Corne de Gatte.
Sizes
On arrival at our facility, all potatoes are sorted and sized before being stored in crates.

Our farmers
What do all our farmers have in common? The same passion. The same determination to do their best. And the same attachment to our home region – the Hesbaye in Belgium. Yet each farm also has its own history, its own experiences and its own sensitivities – all passed down from one generation to the next. That’s why we cherish difference and foster diversity. And then we cooperate. Because the old saying rings true: there’s strength in numbers.
