We started producing potatoes around 20 years ago. It might seem like a relatively easy crop to grow, but every year is different, which keeps things exciting and challenging.
Our irrigation system has really helped us improve skin quality and reduce water stress.
We’re proud to have diversified in this way. I hope it continues for many years to come, here in our beautiful home region of the Hesbaye.
