I started growing organic food on a 6-hectare plot just over a decade ago. Today, my organic production spans 36 hectares and I’ve recently converted a further 8 hectares. We’ve installed special refrigerators to store our organic carrots (6 hectares) and potatoes (10 hectares). Our non-organic potatoes (600 tonnes) are kept in two separate refrigerators.
