Our family history has been deeply linked to the world of agriculture for many years. Our family having its roots in Hesbaye or the land provides a certain quality to our products. In 1978, Pierre Le Maire took over the family farm, which then specialized in raising sheep and growing beets and cereals. From 2000, he bet on converting the farm's conventional crops into organic crops in order to meet growing market demand.

Today it is Olivier himself who continues this beautiful story. The challenges for him will be numerous: to continue to develop the world of organic, to live with climate change and to constantly question himself in order to always evolve...
